• The supplier guarantees that the goods are allowed to be sold on the territory of the Russian Federation, are not burdened by the rights of third parties and/or do not infringe the rights or legitimate interests of third parties, are not in pledge, under arrest and have no other restrictions and Claims.
• The goods are accompanied by the documents necessary for its realization on the territory of the Russian Federation, executed in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
